With close to a decade of diversified business experience working for leading realtors, community developers and high profile mixed-use developments, Rula has an intrinsic understanding of the UAE’s real estate sector.

Rula also worked for Victory Heights Golf & Residential Development Project and TECOM driving the marketing, communications and business development activities, notably playing a key role in launching the Dubai Technology & Media Free Zone brand. Throughout her career, Rula also found the time to pursue some of her personal passions. In 2011, she became an entrepreneur and opened an award-winning Levantine restaurant in Dubai, which she owned and operated for five years. She also was a Committee member for the Palestine Children Relief Fund for several years, playing an active role in raising funds for various humanitarian causes.
