Due to a change in personal circumstances I found myself seeking a furnished service property… I thought with well defined requirements my search would be simple. It was only when I met one of the partners from Pulse that I felt confident that I would find what I was looking for. In short I was shown two properties. The first was perfect barring a slightly arabesque feeling to the interior design, I was then shown the second apartment which ticked all the boxes including an interior that I would have designed myself. My family worked with Pulse a few months ago to purchase property in DIFC for the first time and they had a very good experience. I personally worked with Rula and Rasha to buy another property in DIFC on a deal that took many months to finish and had several complications related to market status, buyer and seller agreements, buying property with an existing tenant, timings, DIFC regulations and processes.
