Rula Hamed is an Associate Director at Pulse Real Estate, managing a luxury portfolio with over a decade of experience in real estate, community development, and high-profile mixed-use projects. Her in-depth knowledge of the UAE’s real estate sector enables her to adopt a solutions-driven approach, ensuring seamless transactions and long-term success for her clients. Before joining Pulse Real Estate, Rula played a pivotal role in the Victory Heights Golf & Residential Development Project and TECOM, where she led marketing, communications, and business development efforts, notably contributing to the launch of the Dubai Technology & Media Free Zone brand. Beyond real estate, she pursued her entrepreneurial passion by founding an award-winning Levantine restaurant in Dubai, which she successfully operated for five years. She has also been actively involved in humanitarian work as a Committee Member for the Palestine Children Relief Fund, supporting various fundraising initiatives for charitable causes.
